Returns policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund or exchange. This applies to all customers, in line with EU consumer rights.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

For returns outside the EU, the right of return remains valid, subject to the same conditions.

 


Shipping returns

European customers: We offer free returns for European customers. Please contact our customer service via Shopify to obtain a return label.

Customers outside Europe: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 


Refund policy

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method via the Shopify payment system within 30 days.

 


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for another model, please contact us at contact@viggoeyewear.com. We will assist you with the exchange process.
