  • For returns outside the EU, the right to return remains valid, subject to the same conditions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers in Europe: We offer free return shipping for European customers. Please contact our customer service team via Shopify to arrange a return label.
  • Customers outside Europe: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method via Shopify’s payment system within 30 days.

Exchanges
